Question Four: How do you identify as an eater?
As expected, the majority of people identified as meat-eaters – just over half of the respondents. The most surprising results came from the number of vegetarian and vegan eaters—slightly more than a fifth of the people surveyed. The vegetarians and vegans occurred more often than I expected. Other viable choices that should be examined were the chicken only and pescatarian categories. These two semi-limited diets made up about a fourth of the number of respondents. In order of popularity, meat-eaters came first, followed by chicken only and pescatarians, and lastly vegetarians and vegans.
